RH names Ryan Hassanein chief legal and compliance officer

RH appointed Ryan Hassanein as chief legal and compliance officer, expanding the executive leadership team.

Hassanein previously spent more than 10 years at McKesson, serving on the chief legal officer’s leadership team. He will oversee the company’s legal and compliance functions, including product safety and vendor compliance, and will report to chairman and CEO Gary Friedman.
