PPL unit Rhode Island Energy will implement “hold harmless” bill credits worth nearly $170 million in net present value.
- All electric customers are set to receive about $14 per month from October 2026 through September 2027.
- Natural gas customers are set to receive about $51 per month from December 2026 through April 2027.
