Rhythm Pharmaceuticals will host a live conference call and webcast on Saturday, June 13 at 9:00 a.m. ET/8:00 a.m. CT to discuss six-month interim results from its Phase 2 trial of setmelanotide in patients with Prader-Willi syndrome. Presenters will include CEO David Meeker and Dr. Jennifer Miller, and the archived webcast will be available for 30 days.
The ongoing Phase 2 study evaluates setmelanotide’s impact on hyperphagia and weight change in Prader-Willi syndrome patients over six months, with primary assessments of safety, tolerability and hunger score reduction. Interim findings will guide dose optimization and inform the design of potential pivotal trials.
