Richardson Electronics announces annual shareholder meeting

Richardson Electronics will hold its annual shareholder meeting in LaFox, Illinois, on Oct. 6, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect seven directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
A separate vote will cover ratification of BDO USA as independent auditor for fiscal 2027.
Investors will also cast an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation.
