The collaboration leverages Richardson’s engineering support and supply-chain infrastructure to deliver scalable, mission-critical RF solutions for industrial, medical, defense, and scientific markets.

Richardson Electronics and Nxbeam have entered a global technology partner agreement to integrate Nxbeam’s millimeter-wave GaN MMIC designs into Richardson’s RF and microwave product portfolio.

Under the agreement, Richardson will supply high-power microwave MMICs covering 12.5 to 76 GHz frequencies with output power ratings up to 46 dBm for demanding electronic systems.
