REPX•Riley Exploration Permian borrowed $130 million under its Truist-led credit agreement on Oct. 5, 2026, to repay its 10.50% senior notes due 2028. Outstanding borrowings rose to $245 million, and the facility’s maturity was extended to Dec. 13, 2028.
1. Refinancing details
The company used the $130 million draw to fully prepay the principal on its 10.50% senior unsecured notes due 2028. After the transaction, credit agreement borrowings stood at $245 million, against a $425 million borrowing base and $400 million in elected commitments. The facility’s pricing is Term SOFR plus 2.75% to 3.75% for SOFR loans, or the base rate plus 1.75% to 2.75% for base-rate loans.
