RingCentral partnered with New Zealand cloud communications provider Digital Island to roll out agentic voice AI solutions in the local market.

Digital Island will design, sell, implement, and support RingCentral’s unified communications, contact center, and customer engagement platform for New Zealand businesses.

Early-adopter deployments are underway ahead of general availability later this year.
