RingCentral Q2 2026 revenue rose 5.9% year-over-year to $657 million, driven by subscriptions revenue up 5.8% to $634 million.
GAAP net income climbed to $39.12 million, lifting GAAP diluted EPS to $0.45 from $0.14 a year earlier.
Margins and cash flow improve
GAAP operating margin widened 1.7 percentage points to 7.7%, while non-GAAP operating margin increased 0.8 percentage points to 23.4%.
Operating cash flow increased 23.3% to $206 million; free cash flow rose 24.8% to $180 million.
Dividend and full-year outlook
Quarterly dividend was raised 67% to $0.125 per share; full-year revenue guidance increased to $2.635 billion-$2.646 billion.
