RDAC•Rising Dragon Acquisition issued two interest-free, unsecured promissory notes totaling $111,274.82 to SZG Limited to fund an extension for completing a business combination to Oct. 15, 2026.
1. Note terms
The notes, each for $55,637.41, were dated Aug. 15 and Sept. 15, 2026, and mature when the initial business combination closes. SZG Limited may convert some or all of the principal into private units at $10 per unit with five business days’ notice.
