Rivian rises after Q2 revenue beats estimates

EV maker Rivian's RIVN.O shares rose 1.8% to $17.14 in extended trading after the company reported quarterly results that topped estimates.
Co's Q2 revenue rose 27% to $1.66 billion versus analysts' average estimate of $1.51 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG.
Loss narrower than expected; 2026 delivery outlook raised
Rivian reported an adjusted loss of 46 cents per share versus estimates for a 63-cent loss.
The company now expects to deliver 65,000-70,000 vehicles in 2026, up from its prior expectation of 62,000-67,000.
As of Thursday's close, the stock had fallen 14.6% year to date.
