Quarterly net loss reflected a US $7.2 million non-cash fair-value loss on financial instruments, including a US $5.9 million Forward Purchase Agreement write-down.
Roadzen exited the quarter at a roughly US $65 million annualized revenue run rate, securing over US $30 million of contracted revenue.
