Robert Half Q2 ended June 30, 2026 net income fell to $26 million, or $0.26 per share, as revenue slipped 2% to $1.34 billion.
First-half net income declined to $40 million, or $0.40 per share, on revenue down to $2.64 billion.
CEO M. Keith Waddell said talent solutions logged a third straight quarter of sequential adjusted revenue growth, while permanent placement posted 2.5% adjusted year-over-year growth.
Waddell said hiring demand is improving and market conditions are becoming more supportive, with global enterprise revenue and earnings topping the midpoint of guidance.
