- EPS was $0.26 versus $0.41 a year earlier; operating income was -$62 million reported, $39 million adjusted, or 2.9% of revenue.
- Protiviti revenue was $471 million, down 5% adjusted; adjusted gross margin fell to 18.5% from 22.3% on $7 million severance tied to regulatory shifts.
- Operating cash flow was $109 million; a $0.59 per share dividend used $59 million; accounts receivable were $821 million with 55.4 DSO.
