Protiviti has formed a strategic partnership with Fieldguide to embed agentic AI and workflow automation into its internal audit and SOX controls services. The integration will roll out across Protiviti’s network of more than 90 offices and will focus on automating evidence requests, sample selection and standardized workpaper creation.

Fieldguide’s platform is designed to streamline evidence gathering, improve documentation quality and accelerate testing cycles by automating review checkpoints and audit trails. Protiviti expects the AI-driven workflows to increase testing coverage, reduce client audit burdens and deliver deeper assurance insights.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half, Protiviti’s adoption of advanced AI could enhance the firm’s consulting margins and reinforce its market leadership in audit transformation. The alliance positions Robert Half to capitalize on growing demand for technology-enabled risk management and could support revenue growth in its consulting segment.
