Robo.ai appoints Changer.ae executive Wang Hao as independent director

Robo.ai names Wang Hao independent director

Robo.ai named Hao Wang as an independent director, effective immediately.

Wang will join the audit, compensation, strategy, and ESG committees.

He is senior executive officer at UAE digital asset custodian Changer.ae.

Wang previously served as COO of SGTOX and MetaBank, with earlier investment banking roles at Citi and Nomura.

He replaces Yehong Ji, who resigned effective Aug. 11, 2026.
