Acquisition completed and ZTC added to ROC Evidence
Rank One Computing completed its acquisition of Zuccaro Technical Consulting, adding digital forensics capabilities to its ROC Evidence platform.
ZTC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, broadening ROC Evidence into an end-to-end investigative intelligence offering.
The deal adds cleared engineering staff, established federal customer relationships, incremental revenue, and cross-selling opportunities across ROC’s Vision AI portfolio.
Tony Zuccaro, ZTC’s founder, joined ROC as chief innovation officer to support product integration and roadmap acceleration.
