Roche announced phase III Krascendo 1 results showing investigational divarasib prolonged survival versus sotorasib or adagrasib in previously treated KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. Divarasib also delayed disease progression, with fewer treatment-related discontinuations and no new safety signals. Results were presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress and published simultaneously in The New England Journal of Medicine.
