Roche's divarasib outperforms approved rivals in Phase III lung cancer trial
Roche said Phase III Krascendo 1 results showed divarasib outperformed sotorasib or adagrasib in previously treated KRAS G12C-mutated advanced lung cancer. Genentech will present the results and other cancer-trial findings at the ESMO annual meeting in Madrid on October 23-27, 2026.

Roche's Genentech will present cancer-trial results at the ESMO annual meeting in Madrid on October 23-27, 2026. Phase III Krascendo 1 results showed divarasib outperformed sotorasib or adagrasib in previously treated KRAS G12C-mutated advanced lung cancer.
2. Other study findings
Patient-reported lidERA results suggest giredestrant's improved efficacy over endocrine therapy did not compromise tolerability or health-related quality of life. Presentations will include interim Phase III Tam-Peli results comparing the drug with chemotherapy in heavily pretreated recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer. Previously presented Phase III TAISHAN-302 results showed Tam-Peli met survival, disease-progression and tumor-response endpoints in second-line small cell lung cancer.
