The company forecasts Q1 revenues of $2.6–2.8 billion, implying 151%–170% growth from $1.037 billion in the same quarter last year.

4. Accounting Reclassification Details

Starting in Q1, warehouse interest on loans held for sale will move from contra-revenue to a direct expense, adding $150 million to both reported revenues and expenses without affecting net income or cash flow.
