Rocket One signs deal to buy Tracer Drone Technologies

Rocket One entered a definitive agreement to buy 100% of Tracer Drone Technologies, a revenue-generating New Jersey drone platform.

Tracer sells drone hardware and software, provides training, maintenance, repair, systems integration, customer support and managed services.

The deal aims to expand Rocket One in public-safety, first-responder and enterprise markets while creating a channel for AI autonomous and counter-UAS products.

The agreement was signed Sept. 18, 2026, and closing is expected once customary conditions are satisfied or waived.
