G&A expense dropped 30.4% to $17.4 million, on lower commercial preparation spending, stock-based compensation, and legal costs.

All three initial RP-A501 Danon patients cleared the safety observation period with no TMA or capillary leak; cash runway forecast into Q2 2028.
Other income and cash position
Other income climbed to $178.8 million on a net $178.2 million gain from selling a Priority Review Voucher, lifting cash to $283.7 million.
