Rockwell Automation says Q3 FY2026 sales, earnings rise on strong semiconductor, data center demand and product mix

Full-year sales growth outlook lifted to 7.5%-9.5%; adjusted EPS guide raised to USD 13-13.3, with free cash flow conversion still targeted at 100%.
Q3 sales and earnings rise
Rockwell Automation posted Q3 fiscal 2026 sales up 8% reported, 10% organic; strength came from product-led modernization projects.
Demand stayed strong in semiconductor, data centers, eCommerce, warehouse automation; early project improvement emerged in automotive, life sciences.
Enterprise operating margin rose 280 bps to 22.3%; adjusted EPS increased to USD 3.49 on volume and mix, partly offset by price/cost.
