Rockwell Automation Unveils Emulate3D Twin and OTTO AMRs on AWS Cloud at Hannover Messe
Rockwell Automation will showcase cloud-connected factory design and industrial operations at Hannover Messe 2026 from April 20-24, integrating Emulate3D digital twin software, OTTO AMRs and humanoid robotics with AWS analytics. Selected industrial applications, including Emulate3D, OTTO Fleet Manager and FactoryTalk Optix, will launch on AWS Marketplace for broader distribution.
1. Hannover Messe Showcase
Rockwell Automation will present next-generation factory design and operations at Hannover Messe 2026 in Hall 15, Stand D76, from April 20 to 24. The showcase merges factory design software, autonomous mobile robots and cloud analytics on AWS to demonstrate flexible, resilient manufacturing workflows.
2. Digital Twin and Autonomous Systems
The demonstration uses Emulate3D dynamic digital twin software to model production layouts and execute physics-based simulations connected to PLCs, enabling early error detection and streamlined commissioning. OTTO AMRs manage material flow while a humanoid robot performs tasks to generate real-time operational data.
3. AWS Cloud Integration and Marketplace
Rockwell and AWS are deploying digital twin environments on AWS cloud to support distributed design and commissioning. Rockwell plans to list Emulate3D, OTTO Fleet Manager and FactoryTalk Optix on AWS Marketplace to simplify customer access to industrial software solutions.
