Rogers has extended its satellite-to-mobile footprint into the U.S., adding 1.3 million square kilometers through integration with T-Satellite’s network. The service supports texting, apps, navigation and weather and is included at no extra cost on Popular or Ultimate U.S. plans, Roam Like Home and select Travel Passes.

Rogers has partnered with T-Satellite to extend its satellite-to-mobile network across 1.3 million additional square kilometers in the U.S., marking the largest combined footprint of any Canadian provider.

2. Supported Services and Applications

In areas without cellular service subscribers can send texts, including text-to-911 and safety alerts, and use popular apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, X, Google Maps, AllTrails and real-time weather via AccuWeather.

3. Plan Eligibility and No-Cost Roaming

Satellite-to-mobile roaming in the U.S. is automatically included at no extra charge for customers on Popular or Ultimate plans with U.S. coverage, Roam Like Home and select Travel Passes.
