Rogers Communications reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.08 per share for the period ended December 31, 2025, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.98 and improving 3.8% from $1.04 in the year-ago quarter. The outperformance was driven by higher wireless service margins and disciplined cost management across its cable and media segments. Wireless service revenue grew 5.1% year-over-year, while EBITDA margin expanded by 120 basis points to 44.3%, reflecting continued upside in postpaid ARPU and lower handset subsidy costs. Free cash flow for the quarter reached $650 million, up 12% from the prior year, providing additional capacity for debt reduction and incremental shareholder returns.
