Roivant publishes mosliciguat PHocus trial topline results presentation

- Roivant published a presentation on topline results from the Phase 2 PHocus study of inhaled mosliciguat in PH-ILD.
- Primary endpoint met, with a 56.3% placebo-adjusted reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance at Week 16 (p<0.0001).
- Key secondary endpoint showed a 35.2 m placebo-adjusted gain in 6-minute walk distance at Week 16 (p=0.0027).
- Week 24 updates included a 75.9% placebo-adjusted NT-proBNP reduction (p<0.0001) and a 52.7 m 6-minute walk distance gain (p<0.0001).
- Phase 3 PHrontier program in PH-ILD initiated; cough incidence was 12.1% on mosliciguat versus 18.2% on placebo.
