Roku’s updated valuation inputs include projected cash of about $2.43 billion as of June 30, 2026, and estimated combined net debt of about negative $630 million on that date, excluding the merger’s impact. The disclosures also cap transaction bonuses at $13 million total, including $2 million for CEO direct reports and $600,000 for others.
