Romania’s finance ministry plans to sell 9.0 billion lei ($1.89 billion) in domestic treasury bonds and bills in November, with an additional 15% of the issued paper offered through non-competitive tenders. Romania has sold roughly 83.5 billion lei and €1.7 billion at domestic tenders so far this year, and raised €3 billion and $2 billion in foreign markets.
