Ross Stores adds Shelley Bransten to board effective Oct. 1

Ross Stores reshaped its board effective Oct. 1, 2026, adding Shelley H. Bransten, a Microsoft corporate vice president.
Bransten previously led global industry solutions at Microsoft from 2023 to 2026; earlier served as SVP at Salesforce.
Christian B. Johnson joined the board; he has been a partner at Freeman Spogli since 2016.
Johnson joined Freeman Spogli in 2006; earlier held roles at Wachovia Securities, Genzyme.
Long-time director Sharon D. Garrett will retire from the board.
