RTB Digital filed an 8-K projecting 2027 revenue of $102.1 million with adjusted EBITDA of $13.2 million.
The forecast assumes closure of the Paradium.AI partnership and is presented on a pro forma basis for that arrangement.
Q1 2027 outlook includes revenue of $19.8 million, adjusted EBITDA of $0.9 million, and gross margin of 40%.
The full-year model implies cost of sales of $60.1 million, operating expenses of $28.8 million, and gross margin of 41%.
The plan targets 104 enterprise media customers and 99.8 million monthly unique users. RTB Digital said 2027 is expected to be its first full year at scale.
