Royal Caribbean launches senior unsecured notes offering

Royal Caribbean launched a registered public offering of senior unsecured notes.

Proceeds are earmarked to repay part of its floating-rate term loan borrowings. Remaining net proceeds are targeted for repayment or refinancing of other existing debt.
