The notes mature on Jan. 20, 2034, unless earlier redeemed or repurchased.

Royal Caribbean closed a USD 1.25 billion offering of 5.55% Senior Notes due 2034 on Aug. 20, 2026.
Net proceeds of about USD 1.24 billion are earmarked to repay borrowings under floating-rate term loan facilities. Remaining proceeds are targeted for repayment or refinancing of other existing indebtedness.
