2Q FY26 results
RPC posted 2Q 2026 net income of $12.1 million, returning to profit from $0.9 million in 1Q 2026; diluted EPS was $0.05.
Revenue rose 1% from 1Q 2026 to $460.9 million; net income margin widened 2.4 percentage points to 2.6%.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 23.3% from 1Q 2026 to $66 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 2.5 percentage points to 14.3%.
