RPM reported first-quarter net sales of $2.22 billion, up 5% from the prior-year period, and net income attributable to stockholders of $256.36 million, up 13%; diluted EPS increased 14% to $2.01. CEO Frank C. Sullivan cited record sales and adjusted EBITDA, saying efficiency efforts offset inflation and softer Construction Products demand; operating cash flow rose 11% to $263.94 million, total debt was $2.41 billion at Aug. 31, 2026, and RPM forecast fiscal 2027 sales and adjusted EBITDA growth in the mid-single-digit range.
