RPM agreed to acquire Italy-based below-grade waterproofing supplier Volteco for its Tremco Construction Products Group.
Volteco reported calendar 2025 sales of EUR 28 million.
The deal adds Volteco’s Amphibia waterproofing sheet membrane technology platform to Tremco’s building-envelope portfolio.
Closing is expected in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
