Board service provision

The agreement provides that Heckman will serve as a director while he remains CEO, subject to the standard nomination and election process.

Executive services agreement with Heckman Media

RTB Digital entered an executive services agreement with Heckman Media to provide James Heckman as chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2026.
