RTX climbs after lifting annual profit and revenue forecasts
RTX•RTX raised its 2026 adjusted earnings forecast to $7.65-$7.75 per share and its sales forecast to $97 billion-$97.5 billion. Third-quarter adjusted profit rose to $2.26 per share, while sales increased 11% to $24.97 billion.

RTX lifted its 2026 adjusted earnings-per-share forecast from $7.10-$7.25 to $7.65-$7.75 and raised its sales forecast from $95 billion-$96 billion to $97 billion-$97.5 billion. The company said sustained demand for commercial aerospace services and military programs pushed its backlog to a record $340 billion as third-quarter adjusted profit rose to $2.26 per share from $1.70 a year earlier.
