RTX’s Raytheon division has secured a multi-year contract with TTM Technologies valued at up to $200 million for components supplying the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor program. Over the duration of the agreement, TTM will design, manufacture and test critical sensor elements, enhancing RTX’s capacity to meet accelerated delivery schedules and cost targets while supporting key U.S. defense initiatives.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, RTX reported sales of $24.23 billion, marking a 12% year-over-year increase, and an adjusted EPS of $1.55, surpassing consensus estimates by $0.08. Net margin improved to 7.6% and return on equity reached 13.08%, driven by robust demand across commercial engine services and integrated defense systems. Leadership cited operational efficiencies and favorable program mix as drivers for exceeding internal targets.

4. $197 Million MS-110 Reconnaissance System Award

Raytheon was awarded a $197 million contract by the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to deliver seven MS-110 multispectral reconnaissance pods to the Polish Air Force. The agreement covers production, aircraft integration and engineering support through August 2031. Equipped with artificial intelligence and machine-learning capabilities, the MS-110 will provide next-generation wide-area surveillance and real-time target discrimination for NATO allies.
