Ruanyun associate Link Door signs SAR 100,000 HanLink platform deal with Learning Time International Schools

Ruanyun Edai disclosed a SAR 100,000 HanLink platform procurement and service contract signed by strategic associate Link Door with Learning Time International Schools.

The contract covers a non-exclusive license for the 2026/2027 academic year, excluding VAT. The scope includes deployment, account activation, basic teacher training, technical support, maintenance and system updates.

Link Door is 75% owned by CEO Maggie Fu and 25% by CTO Cong Zhao; Ruanyun is not a signatory. Ruanyun said the contract value is not equivalent to its revenue, and any recognition depends on separate licensing and service arrangements.
