Ruanyun Edai signs MOU with Changan Anyi, Intersect to develop Saudi NEV institute

Ruanyun Edai Technology signed an MOU with Changan Anyi and Intersect to develop an automotive and new-energy vehicle institute in Saudi Arabia.

The plan targets four-year degrees, two-year diplomas, and vocational training for EV maintenance, battery testing, diagnostics, and after-sales skills.

Changan Anyi is to provide curriculum, technical standards, lab planning, instructor training, and ongoing course updates for the proposed programs.

Intersect is to lead Saudi institutional engagement, facilities and admissions talks, local approvals, and implementation coordination.

The MOU sets a 12-month development framework; final structure, funding, and commercial terms remain subject to definitive agreements and approvals.
