Rubrik director John Wendell Thompson reported sales of 13,500 Class A shares on Sept. 1, 2026, at about $88.34 to $92.37.
He also exercised options to acquire 11,000 Class A shares at $0, lifting direct Class A holdings to 8,362 shares.
A trust linked to Thompson sold 2,500 Class A shares at about $88.58 to $91.66, leaving 7,500 shares indirectly owned.
