- RUM Group to acquire additional shares of Northern Data to reach approx. 98% ownership
- RUM Group Inc.: Upon acquisition of additional Northern Data shares from Tether, co will submit formal squeeze-out request to Northern Data
- RUM Group: Intends to commence squeeze-out proceedings to acquire remaining approximately 2% of Northern Data's outstanding shares
