Rumble Rebrands to RUM Group and Launches Quake AI with 22,000 GPUs
RUM•Rumble has restructured as RUM Group Inc., splitting into its video platform and a new Quake AI cloud division following its acquisition of 85.2% of Northern Data. The deal adds 22,000 NVIDIA H100 and H200 GPUs and roughly 250 MW of power capacity, with over 200 MW unmonetized for expansion.
1. Corporate Restructuring
Effective June 18, Rumble has reorganized as RUM Group Inc., creating a holding structure that oversees two divisions: its established video and media platform and the new Quake AI unit.
2. Quake AI Division
Quake AI combines Rumble Cloud’s network with Northern Data’s infrastructure to offer cloud computing and AI services powered by large-scale GPU resources.
3. Northern Data Acquisition Details
The acquisition secures 85.2% of Northern Data, granting access to 22,000 NVIDIA H100 and H200 GPUs across ten European data centres and approximately 250 MW of power capacity, including over 200 MW available for future expansion.
