Rumble Names Intel AI Executive Mike Masci CFO, Plans to Scale Cloud Services
Rumble will appoint Mike Masci as CFO effective March 31, 2026, succeeding Brandon Alexandroff who becomes strategic advisor to the CEO. Masci brings experience leading a multi-billion-dollar AI and edge computing P&L at Intel and will support scaling Rumble Cloud services and the pending Northern Data acquisition.
1. CFO Appointment and Transition
Effective March 31, 2026, Mike Masci will join Rumble as its new CFO, succeeding Brandon Alexandroff, who will transition to a strategic advisor role reporting directly to the CEO. The handover reflects Rumble’s focus on strengthening its financial leadership ahead of key growth initiatives.
2. Masci's Industry and Financial Expertise
Masci previously served as Vice President of Product Management for Intel’s Edge Computing Group, overseeing full-lifecycle product management, marketing, architecture and P&L for a multi-billion-dollar AI at the Edge business. His tenure also includes experience as Group CFO of Intel’s Datacenter Network Platforms Group and expertise in FP&A and M&A.
3. Strategic Growth and Acquisition Support
Rumble’s CEO expects Masci’s combined technical and financial acumen to accelerate scaling of the company’s cloud services and infrastructure offerings. Masci will also play a pivotal role in integrating and capitalizing on the AI infrastructure opportunities from the pending Northern Data acquisition.
