1. Q4 and Full Year 2025 Results
Rumble reported Q4 revenue of $27.1 million, up 9% sequentially, with average global MAUs of 52 million (up 11%) and ARPU of $0.46 (up 2%). Net loss narrowed to $32.7 million from $236.8 million year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA loss was $16.0 million and total liquidity stood at $256.4 million.
2. Strategic Funding and Partnerships
The company secured a $100 million advertising commitment from Tether over two years and agreed to a $150 million GPU services purchase commitment. Rumble also formed an AI-powered video discovery partnership with Perplexity and expanded Rumble Cloud by signing the NFL’s Cleveland Browns for video infrastructure services.
3. Northern Data Acquisition
Rumble signed a business combination agreement to acquire Northern Data AG, gaining access to approximately 22,400 NVIDIA GPUs (including H100s and H200s) and a global data center network. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2026, with GPU utilization projected to reach 85% by the end of Q1 2026.
4. Platform Expansion and Leadership Hires
Rumble Shorts surpassed 1 million daily unique video views and the Rumble Wallet launched support for Bitcoin, Tether stablecoins and Tether Gold. The company appointed Greg Sherrill as President of Sales and Maurice Edelson as General Counsel, while securing exclusive live streaming rights for The Dan Bongino Show.
