Runway Growth names Michael Rovner co-CEO, co-CIO alongside founder David Spreng

Runway Growth Finance Corporation adviser Runway Growth Capital named Michael Rovner co-CEO, co-CIO alongside founder David Spreng.

Rovner joined from BC Partners, serving as managing director following its 2023 acquisition of Ovation Partners, which he co-founded and led as CEO.

Runway said the leadership change supports platform scaling, broader financing solutions, deeper alignment with BC Partners Credit, which acquired Runway in January 2025.
