Rush Enterprises, MCT Companies form 50-50 refrigerated transport services joint venture
Joint venture expands refrigerated transport capabilities
Rush Enterprises signed an agreement to form a 50-50 joint venture with MCT Companies to expand refrigerated transportation service capabilities.
The venture, MCT Holdings, will run MCT’s refrigeration and auxiliary power unit dealership network across the Midwest, East Coast and West Coast.
Closing is expected in Q3 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Bill Willett will serve as CEO and president, and Rush does not plan to consolidate the venture into its Truck Segment.
