Russia has extended its ban on diesel exports by fuel producers until the end of October, the government said. The country has repeatedly restricted gasoline and diesel exports to curb rising fuel prices and address shortages triggered by Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries. It had previously extended the diesel ban through September while allowing supplies to some countries under intergovernmental agreements.
