Russia hits Ukraine's largest mobile provider, strikes data centres

Russia also said it struck a Vodafone Ukraine data centre; separate attacks on providers' data centres caused outages for about 100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding region over the past week.
1. Provider headquarters hit
Kyivstar, Ukraine's largest mobile service provider, told local media that its head office in Kyiv had been hit on Sunday, with no casualties. Russia's defence ministry said it also hit a data centre belonging to Vodafone Ukraine, the country's second-largest cell network provider.
2. Data centre attacks
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Russia struck a data centre in Kyiv twice on Sunday morning, wounding two children and an adult. Attacks on data centres belonging to Ukrainian internet providers over the past week caused service outages for about 100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding region, Ukraine's digital ministry said.
