RxSight names Aziz Mottiwala CEO, Ron Kurtz to become chief medical officer

RxSight set a leadership transition effective July 20, 2026, naming Aziz Mottiwala president and CEO, succeeding Ron Kurtz as CEO.
Mottiwala was most recently chief commercial officer at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals; he previously held the same role at Opiant Pharmaceuticals.
He also spent more than a decade at Allergan in senior roles across its eye care franchise and broader commercial organization.
Kurtz will remain chief medical officer; he will resign from the board as Mottiwala joins it.
RxSight kept its previously communicated financial guidance unchanged.
